As part of the Bizbang® Device as a Service (DaaS) on-boarding process, each new Bizbang customer is assigned a project manager. Your project manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the on-boarding process such as capturing your existing inventory, user information, and setting up users with help desk access. They will also be your primary contact at Bizbang moving forward and will oversee the delivery and installation of the new equipment, secure disposal or redeployment of your old devices, and ensure a smooth transition to the Bizbang® Device as a Service (DaaS) program.
Our Bizbang® Device as a Service (DaaS) Field Engineers are comprised of the best and brightest in the industry. These engineers had an average of 20 years of Customer Engineering field experience before they joined Bizbang. Each engineer is handpicked based on exceptional engineering qualifications, teamwork predisposition, and powerful interpersonal communication skills. Our Field Engineers are Level 2 & 3 experts.
